Is Your Pet Struggling with Behaviour Challenges? You Are Not Alone.
It can be incredibly stressful, exhausting, and overwhelming when your beloved pet exhibits challenging or unexpected behaviours. Whether you are dealing with severe separation distress, fearful responses, unexplained aggression, or household elimination issues, please know that there is support available.
Our clinic is proud to offer dedicated Veterinary Behaviour Consultations, led by Dr Tracy Jones.

Clinical Expertise, Rooted in Science
Dr Tracy has a dedicated special interest in Veterinary Behavioural Medicine and is currently completing advanced postgraduate study through the Centre for Veterinary Education (CVE) to sit examinations for the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (ANZCVS).
Because behaviour problems are often deeply linked to underlying neurobiology, stress pathways, or hidden physical pain, a qualified veterinarian is uniquely equipped to help. We treat your pet using evidence-based medicine, neurochemical optimisation when needed, and humane, force-free behavioural modification protocols.
How Our Process Works
- Step 1: Deep-Dive Intake – Before your appointment, you will fill out our comprehensive Behaviour Questionnaire and securely upload video clips of your pet’s home environment.
- Step 2: Medical Rule-Outs – We perform thorough clinical diagnostics to rule out physiological pain, endocrine changes, or illness causing the behaviour.
- Step 3: Tailored Treatment Plan – You receive a custom ecosystem map, environmental adjustments, learning exercises, and medication strategies designed specifically for your household.
